Dropbox keeps Resetting

On this computer, I installed Dropbox last week, when we installed Windows 7. Ever since then, when the computer boots into Windows, the setup for Dropbox appears. It only does that on this computer.

How do I get it to stay?

I mean, by "setup" is that the popup window pops up, the one that you see after you just installed the app. It's the one that says

"I already have a dropbox account" and "I don't have a dropbox account" something like that. I have to click the "I already have a dropbox account" and go through the setup (ex. Enter email and password and it syncs everything to the computer from my Dropbox).

Also, the printer settings will go back to default, even though I press apply and OK. Not everything resets, just some things, like Dropbox and the printer.
