Dropdown denied on Screen Resolution

Hi guys!

Since I've had this new Lenovo laptop it's been acting strange.
I open the screen resolution menu:
Control Panel/All Control Panel Items/Display/Screen Resolution
And when I try opening a dropdown (any marked on the pic below) I instantly rolls up again whithout saving any changes.
Please help... I'm lost...

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

I want you to upload the zip generated by the program, to determine your issue.

I have uploaded the zip.
But it all look very overewhelming, is there a special place to look @koolkat77
