Hello, I could use some help with a blue screen issue, I've been having for a little while now, not sure how it happened or why but whenever I'm AFK from my computer for to long it gives me a blue screen crash with the error 0x0000001a (0x0000000000000031, 0xffffffa800aa60900,0xffffff8800d56700, 0xffffff8a0023351ac) page fault in non-paged area, I'm feeling that I should note also the the error number has changed recently but has been the same cause and result, if needed I'll post that to, also I'm rather techno illiterate so please keep it as simple as possible for me

Edit: sorry forget to upload this

Welcome to the forum,

It looks like IObit is causing it, there's only one dump but it gets the flag,

Code:
BugCheck 50, {ffffffffffffffd0, 1, fffff800030ae75d, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for pffilter.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for pffilter.sys
Loaded symbol image file: pffilter.sys

    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

I would get rid of anything IObit and see if it helps.

Here's a tutorial for that,

alright I'll give it a try but I have to ask real quick, would whatever is wrong be fixed if I reinstalled them after uninstalling them? IObit is what I use to help keep my system clean as well as my malware protection and I'd hate to have to look for another one after I just renewed it a couple of months ago.

Edit: Seems to be resolved, gave an hour afk test run last night, but would like my question possible answered before marking as solved

Edit 2: ok reinstalled IObit and haven't had any problems, guess the file got corrupted before or sometyhing, marking as solved.
