Dual boot i only have 1 second rather than 30 seconds

hiya folks..i have a dual boot system on my pc both of which are Windows XP OS .. ones my everyday use ones for gaming .. less resources when gaming :D.. anyway i got a virus onces and ever since then my dual boot did have the standard 30 seconds to choose now i only get 1 second to choose.. is there a way i can revert the option to 30 seconds again.. sometimes i just aint quick enough to arrow down and enter to get to my gaming partition..

ohh and if this is in the wrong place could someone move to the right section

Open msconfig then go to boot then down on the right it says timeout you can adjust the seconds there

Yes. Go to advanced system settings (Win key + Pause) and go to the Advanced tab. Go to startup and recovery and hit settings. The rest is self-explanatory.

i will be reading alot ofthe threads on here to get clued up on some of the stuff i dont know about.. and i have to admit its a great site and really fast responses :-)
