Hi, I open this thread to help a friend:
he installed leopard on a acer eeepc 1000h with 2 gb of ram and bios 2003 modified for leopard. The mac os worked without any problem. Then he installed in dual boot seven. On seven he launch easybcd, he add leopard to the os list for the boot manager and he reboot the pc. When he try to start leopard he get this error:

SNC00014.jpg

(rough translation of the error:
Unable to load the selected item. Program damaged or missing.)

Instead seven works.

How he can solve this problem?

Probably installing Windows 7 has overwritten the Master Boot Record - generally it's advised to load Mac OS X last on dual and triple boot systems for this reason.

Technically, yes, it's against Apple's EULA. But it's left the hobbyists alone, so far. It's only when some idiot decides to sell computers with OS X installed that the Apple lawyers get involved. Look up the ongoing Psystar fiasco, who are generally regarded as pariahs in the hackintosh community.

Off topic - nice profile pic rsvr85, though it's a 1098r not a 'prilla! I'm thinking of retiring my '99 Ducati 748 for a 3-4 year old RSVR Factory. My Duke doesn't go fast enough on track days!
