Dual boot win7/bt4 - Appcrash

I've searched the web for ideas but I'm out of them..

I have a gateway laptop running windows 7 64 bit. All was fine until I decided to install Backtrack 4 linux. I followed their install instructions and it went in fine. I used Shrink partition to get some free space on C:\ in Disk Management.

My gateway came with three partitions, I added a fourth after the shrink. I didn't specify a swap partition for linux and it runs just fine.

However when I boot into windows, I get Appcrash on some the programs in the systray. I get crashes on programs I try to install. Also happens in Photoshop elements; when I try to use the panoramic editor.

I get executor errors when I tried to install double twist.
(Sync Android, PSP, BlackBerry, Pre: doubleTwist with Amazon MP3)
which is compatible with windows 7.

I have ran sfc /scannow, Chkdsk /f, ripped and reinstalled .net framework 4, and defraged the hdd.

What else can I do in win7 other then reinstall it?

Do you have sufficient disk space? Make sure you are not cramped for space. Consider purchasing an external hard drive to store stuff on if needed.
