Dual-Booting Windows XP and Windows 7 Issues

The whole installation formats and then restarts to the xp setup wizard but it doesnt show the wizard, it just shows the error.

Did you try any of the virtualization freewares suggested earlier. It's really not worth all of this trouble to install a dead OS on new hardware that has left it behind.
