dual booting

Hi everyone. I installed Fedora 14 on the free space of my PC. It was running fine until today. I tried to boot into Fedora and it was not there. How many logical partitions can you have on disk? I installed another logical volume to place videos in and the Fedora partition will not load. Should I delete the recent partition or is there another solution? Here is a picture of my disk management console. Any assistance will be helpful. mary.

You can have as many Logical subpartitions to the Extended (first) Logical as there are remaining letters.

Are you sure you didn't wipe out Fedora with the new video partition? Is it still in the partition to the right which Win7 Disk Mgmt cannot see? See if your Linux disk can see it..

If it's there, you might try adding it from Win7 using EasyBCD 2.02 Add OS Entry tab, choosing the Linux tab. EasyBCD 2.0.2 - NeoSmart Technologies

Otherwise you may need to access Fedora with your Linux disk to reinstall GRUB or reinstall Fedora: Dual-Boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu in Perfect Harmony - windows 7 - Lifehacker
