Hi, Is it possible to run Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on my (C) drive and MacOS X Mavericks on my ( D ) drive?

Welcome to the forum.

Installing any Apple OS on non Apple hardware is a violation of Apple's license agreement.
If you want to run OS X buy a Mac.
