I am in need of some help.
I just upgraded to a new Dell i7 XPS with win 7 pro, I hate win 10.
Anyway I have been running a program called Blue Iris for some IP cams I have watching the front door and driveway and yard.
What I want to do is use a 24" TV to monitor the cameras via a window in the Blue Iris program on the TV always on yet be able to use a screen saver with password on my primary monitor to keep my PC secure when Im not around.
I have the dual monitor on and can open the BlueIris software and drag the window over to the TV to view and its all good while I use my monitor for other purposes. I had the monitor set to sleep after 30 minutes with password on wake but it shut off the dispaly on the TV as well.

The TV is plugged directly into the graphics card, Nvidea, which I dont think is where I need to try and solve this.

I have tried reading thru the tutorials here and searching but Im not seeing any related issue I can glean info from.

Hi,
I doubt that can happen when the system sleeps it sleeps :)
Even if it's just a screen saver slide show activating it will as you say appear on both monitors

10 has better options I've heard for multiple monitors but I doubt it would do any different in sleep....

You'd need 2 computers to accomplish what you want
Or the security application would need it's own stand alone box that only needed power and has a monitor hookup.
