dual portrait-mode monitors

I thought that when I first installed a Radeon HD-467X-ZDF2 video card that I saw an option to run both monitors in portrait mode. But that does not seem to be the case now.

I have two Samsung 23 inch monitors that I want to set them up side by side BUT BOTH IN PORTRAIT MODE. How do I do this? Will Win 7 do it or do I need to add some aftermarket driver like displayfusion? This seems like it should be a common mode with paper pushers needing dual portrait mode to display two pages of a single document or a page each from two documents.

I did the usual searches with no results possibly because I don't know what to search for and the two or three aftermarket drivers don't seem to address this in their web site info.

Thanks for any help.

I believe this has to be a setting on the monitors, such as when you turn it, it turns the picture as well...

But I am not 100% sure. I know you used to be able to press [winkey]+arrow to change the direction of the picture, but no longer.
