Dual screens, intermittent slight horizontally scramble.

This is a new computer (Reman from HP) I have had for a week and it is now having this issue. The issue began shortly after I installed Microsoft Office. It is intermittent but sometimes happens a lot. I removed the driver for the graphics card and re-installed. Was good for a full day, but this morning it goofed up twice.

Everything else works great, looking for any ideas.

Graphics card is Intel Q33 Express Chipset - I've removed and reinstalled the drivers for this, which is on Windows 7 64-bit. I'm going to try to install now the Vista 64-bit version of the driver.

Actually made it worse... happens more often after doing that. Any thoughts at all? New graphics card?
