Solved Dualshock4 is paired in Bluetooth but Devices and printers wont detect

Hello. I bought a DS4 and a Bluetooth dongle (NEXT-104BT)(it is a korean device since i live in korea). So i paired the DS4 but in "devices and printers" it wont detect it.

PC Specs

Windows 7 Ultimate K 64bit (pirated version)(Im sorry :( ), 4GB RAM, GeForce GT 630... etc

I hope you can help even tho i live in south korea ^^
