I actually find that surprising given the game is so over the top even the trailer on youtube had to be censored.

I really don't, I have noticed, at least on Consoles, the majority of the kids playing say R6 Vegas 1 & 2, FC2, MW1 & 2 are 12 to 14,15 yr old kids whos Mom & Dad actually paid for the game.
My 18 yr old son plays online with the xbox 360 and I always hear this squeaky voices, they are usually the ones that swear the most as well... ironic!
