The card needs to be HDCP compatible, so does the monitor and if it isn't full hd give up. You also need lots of memory and a 2.5GHz+ cpu. A new gpu would be useful too.
It will work with it, you just won't be able to use the HD outputs on the video card as I don't think your monitor has HDMI ports on it. You will have to stick with whatever outputs your monitor is capable of, such as DVI.
