dump AMD64 preloads?

My new ACER has as processor "INTEL PREMIUM P6200".

Random poking around reveals that under windows\system32\driverstore there is a VERY large number of inf files for AMD64.

I can delete all that crap without worrying about a thing, right?

W7 home premium SP1.

No you cannot delete any of that. AMD64 is used for Intel processors as well.
AMD developed the 64 standard computers are using, including Intel.

If you delete those you'll destroy your Windows installation and need to reinstall from scratch.

Please don't even think about deleting things from c:\windows until you have a lot more experience.
