I have been getting a lot of BSODs with my PC. It has been for a long time now, but never really took the time to really look into it.

First things first, I need some information for your people here to help me. However, my PC never creates dump files after a BSOD. It is set to create a small memory dump at the moment, but there is nothing in the folder where they should appear. I have tried different settings, but I did not get anything. I looked into my CCleaner. It said it would clean my dump files. However, after I unchecked the dump file box so that it would clear the folder, the folder still remains empty.

I have had 5 BSODs only today within 2 hours, and that was only while browsing the internet a bit. I will provide more data regarding when I get the BSODs after I have found out a way to get the dump files.

I have read and tried all of that long before. My issue is different. No dump files appear after a BSOD. Here are my settings.

Had the same problem, just let the program run and before you close the window by pressing any key (when it asks you to) just make a copy of the files. After you close the prompt the files get deleted (dunno why).

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean. Of what files do I need to make a copy?

While the process is running, there appears a folder with the dumpfiles in the same folder as the program .exe is stored. That folder disappears after you close the program. So, before you close it after it stopped running, just make a COPY of the folder with the dumps/logs that appeared, then close the program. The copy of the folder will still be there.

Open the dump program --> Folder "SFdebugFiles" appears --> let the program run to the end but DONT CLOSE IT --> Copy the folder "SFdebugFiles" --> Close the program --> the original "SFdebugFiles" folder gets deleted, but not your copy --> Make a -zip of the folder --> upload it here

Once again, I do not fully understand what you are talking about. The dump program you speak of is SystemPropertiesAdvanced.exe, right? When I look up the file location of that process, it brings me to C:\Windows\System32. There is no folder there called SFdebugFiles. I fear that I am just not understanding your message(s).

I ran the command promp. I looked for the folder that you were talking about. It did not appear in the folder where I launched the command promp. The ZIP file that it should have created isn't there either. So what do I do now? My PC doensn't create dump files, and that program doesn't do anything either.
