During install of W7 SSD(new) isn't detected, unsure of what driver

It's HP M9652Uk with a none original drive. Silicon Power 2.5" SSD 60gb
What drivers do I need and how do I instal them?
Drive detected in bios but not during setup, also in ACHi mode

I went through the tutorial.Ok the only drive that shows up in disk part is my USB, am I doing something wrong?

If the SSD shows up in bios, then I don't know why you can't see it in diskpart. I have never had that happen. The only thing else I can think of to try is to download something like the Partition Wizard Mini Tool, or a Linux Distro like Puppy Linux, both of which can be run from a live cd, or flash drive. You can then boot up into one of them and see if your SSD is recognized. Other than that, maybe some one else here will have an idea.

Does it need to be formatted? Or is in the wrong sata port? There's four different colours!

You could go to HP's website and see if they have a manual for your particular model that tells you what the different color SATA port mean. I have any Asus mb myself and the manual tells me which ports are SATA III and which are SATA II. Usually though, there is a number showing on the motherboard itself, that tells you which SATA port it is, like 1,2, etc. SATA port 1, or in some cases 0, is usually the primary port that Windows looks for, unless you manually change the settings in bios. For instance, on my Asus board, I can set the boot drive order in bios to whichever SATA port I want, but I use SATA port 1 myself..
