DXDIAG attempts an outgoing connection?

Whilst using DXDIAG it made an outgoing connection. I am unsure of this and am scared that somehow my computer information is being sent to an unkown source? Any help would be appreciated. I am using W7 64-bit

I just checked seems like it's connecting to Microsoft for SetProcessDPIAware API on http://schemas.microsoft.com/SMI/2005/WindowsSettings i won't worry about it. Here is a URL about that function. SetProcessDPIAware Function (Windows)
