Hi,

We recently got 2-4 blue screens on a machine. We would like to know the root cause and what we need to do to fix the issue(s). Please see the details below from nirsoft bluescreenview.

It appears to be related to your graphics. I suggest going here-

Intel G41 Express Chipset Driver Download 2019 Version

and going to the Download Options. Set the OS option to Window 7 Pro 32 bit (that's what it looks like your system is).

Download the .zip file and open it with a good ZIP program. Use the Extract feature to extract the files to a folder of your choice.

Run the installation.

I tried to find a driver at Intel-

Downloads for Graphics Drivers for Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset

but the only ones I see listed are for XP. I don't know if the Automatic Updater works for Win 7 and later.

Probably not

Pretty sure its non genuine, (asus prod key on retail motherboard).
Appears that windows update has also picked up on it, and wont even let him install Service pack 1.
