I have already tried to download & install DX update package Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64.msu from MS page and GPU drivers said to be up to date by SDIO.

.dmp file download here please. Is this information sufficing to tell where is the problem please or is necessary more?

I have found mini dmp file mentioned in the first post. Where else i can find that second dump file please?

It should be in the same directory, all minidump files are in C:\Windows\Minidump.

i have forgot to check whether there are any hidden files, but all that was inside that dir. i have uploaded here to sendspace please. Though if You are too busy and examining it is time consuming, i have not seen mentioned error for some time. Thank you

You might want to consider testing your RAM.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

In the latest dump I noticed potential indication of RAM problems, although I'm not confident I am suggesting this test to be safe because if it turns out to be the RAM that's causing problems then you would save a lot of headache in the future.

I let the memtest run 3+ hours, couple of passes, it found no issues and mentioned dxgmm1 issue not appeared for long time. Now the computer is rather just freezing, led HDD diode nonstop lighting, sound frozen, screen is like old analogue TV without signal. I will update this if dxgmms is back..
