Dysfunional/Undetected Display Driver Issue

After resolving problems earlier in another thread, i stumbled upon yet another problem.
seems that my OS can't detect the Graphic Card Driver (Radeon HD 8550G) that just installed through AMD's Catalyst Program, and i cannot make use of the Graphic-Required Programs.
Do you have anyway to resolves this issue? the Error Code's 43, thanks.

Okay, Jossed that. I just power cycle it and it's back on track. (Well, back to square one)

I take back what I said, it's back.
also, whenever i reenable the Driver, i got the Error (this time's 31, dodge between 40 and 31). if there's anyway to solve this, please do reply, thanks.

Try a different driver at "Driverscollection.com", or "Driveridentifier.com" which does a scan of your PC.

Update: The Driver's the latest one (I Use Driver Easy as a Downloading Tool)
