Hi,

Does this program recover data when you can' t boot up the drive at all? It's called EaseUS.

Recover Data from Deleted/Lost Partitions or Hard Drives.

If it's simply not booting then you don't need data recovery as all files will still be there you only need data recovery if files are delated or partitions lost. Any bootable disk can recover files like Linux boot disk, Windows pe, ultimate boot disk. What exactly is the problem?
