I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and the Microsoft LifeCam webcam and software.

I saw a guide somewhere but cannot find it again, but does anyone know the super easy way to set up a system where I can point my webcam at something, i.e. my fish tank (I suppose the door also as a security cam!) and post a snapshot every X seconds ( I have good upload speed so live video is also an option, think I get 33MB/s upstream here in Sweden).

I have my own web space and domain name etc.

cheers!
