EasyBCD dual boot problem

I am using this program to dual boot my 7 and my old XP.everything worked fine before,but this time,simply told-nothing is not working..i make changes in EasyBCD and as soon as i restart the pc every thing is back to how it was been...-NO VALID ENTRIES FOUND -.- i would be gratefull if someone would help me
