Easycap DC60+ Drivers for Windows 7

Hi guy's i have recently purchased a Easycap DC60+ Capture card to use with my xbox360 but the only problem is the driver disc just wont install ):

Have i wasted my money?

I posted this on Yahoo answers too and i am about to give up because some guy has told me it is not compatible with windows 7 atall ):
