ebay recursive login problem

Problem with IE10 causing a constant loop back to eBay login page started last week.
No error message just keeps returning back to login page. However the eBay logo FLASHES very fast on the screen with some type of message I believe says certificate error, but not sure. EBay is the ONLY site I cannot login to.
At first I thought it was a Windows or IE update causing the error. Attempted to uninstall IE10 but could not because it generated an error saying “update not successfully uninstalled”. Have done all the common fixes, deleted cache, cookies, everything. Did IE reset twice.
I can login to my eBay account using Firefox, Google Chrome, and IE9 with no problems.
I believe it is a Windows 7 or IE10 problem because I have 3 computers as follows:
1. PC with Windows 7 Ultimate, 32bit, Norton 360, and IE10 (V10.0.92000.16618) – CANNOT login to eBay.
2. Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit, MS Security Essentials, and IE10 (V10.0.92000.16618) – CANNOT login to eBay.
3. PC with Windows Vista Ultimate, 32bit, MS Security Essentials, and IE9 – CAN login to eBay with no problems.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried going back to IE9 on that PC ?

click :orb: type Programs and Features inside

. Press <ENTER> .

Click on the View installed updates in the left pane of the menu.

Inside Uninstall an Update scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section. Simply select Internet Explorer 10 and click Uninstall.

Thanks, VistaKing,

I tried a dozen times. All I get is the error message in my original post.
Did you look at my DDS files?

Update the definitions and do a full scan

:ar: On the Scanner tab:
Make sure the "Perform Full Scan" option is selected.
Then click on the Scan button.
:ar: If asked to select the drives to scan, leave all the drives selected and click on the Start Scan button.
:ar: The scan will begin and "Scan in progress" will show at the top. It may take some time to complete so please be patient.
:ar: When the scan is finished, a message box will say "The scan completed successfully. Click 'Show Results' to display all objects found".
:ar: Click OK to close the message box and continue with the removal process.
:ar: Back at the main Scanner screen, click on the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found.
:ar: Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
:ar: When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad.
:ar: The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
:ar: Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply and exit MBAM.

Hello Again,

MBAM is a very good program and it didn't find anything on my PC.
I have the same problem on two different computers and the only thing they have in common is Win-7 and IE10. I can't roll back to IE9 on the PC because it gives and error and it is not an update option on the laptop.
Will look for a computer with Win-7 and IE9.
Is there a way to totally remove IE from the computers?

Thanks for your advise.

You could try resetting IE10. With IE10 open, try going upper right to tools then choose the Internet Options button, click the Advanced tab then hit the reset button then apply hit Ok etc. and restart your machine.

It may also help to run CCleaner to remove the temp files and cookies as well.

Have you tried using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome?

I use FF 90% of the time but some sites need IE to display correctly, evil bay is not one of them.
