when i listen to music or watch a movie, then the sound just echos... is the problem in my headphone because speakers are working fine..?

Some sound systems have "Sound Enhancements" and those include echo, reverb, chorus, etc. That is probably the problem. Turn off all Sound Enhancements.

You mean playback devices -> speakers -> right click on speakers -> properties -> enhancements -> disable all enhancements? if so, then it didnt work.
