Since Firefox and Bing messed up some searches with 'SafeSearch" I tried Edge. It works great but when I open a new link the tab opens but it does not have focus, i.e., Edge does not switch to it immediately. I searched for how to give focus to the new tab and after not finding a solution I did some searching in Edge and finally figured out how to do it...

Settings > System... > Optimize... > Turn on Efficiency Mode. Turn it OFF.

I don't know if this works with Windows 10 or 11. Probably, but let me know.
