edit a windows iso file

do you guys know a good alternative to nlite/rtse7en lite/win reducer to edit/manage/remove components from a windows iso file like the x86 parts in the AIO x86/x64 as the 1st one doesn't work yet with W7, the 2nd is rid with calls to dubious sites and I just can't get it to work anymore and the last one is a pain in the ass, meaning it constantly asks for activation when trying to configure it.

Something also more GUI friendly than microsoft DISM command line ... ?

Difficult to understand your post.

Are you trying to remove images from a wim file?

First you need to extract the contents of the iso onto something writeable - e.g. your hard drive. 7-zip will be fine for that.

Gimagex or dism++ can then be used to mount install.wim and delete any images you don't want.

On the Win XP era, I used nlite to customize the installation disk, by adding SP3 and SATA drivers and by removing useless options, like Accessibility Options, Briefcase, WordPad, keyboards, display adapters etc, resulting a much smaller installation.
On Win 7 I have only added new drivers to the installation disk.

I was thinking that the "removing the X86 image of an AIO x86/x64 windows 7 iso" part might have been too obvious... but anyway, thanks for your contribution !

I've already read about this dism++ so I'll give it a try, hoping that it can deal with an install.esd instead of an install.wim, as my ISOs don't have one. I tried converting them using dism or the last power iso version but it gives me an error 11 every time.
