I have all my favorite applications pinned to the taskbar, but I would love to have them "stacked"

I would like to have a folder on the taskbar, and when I click it, all the applications jump up (Like in OSX)

I compromised by putting a folder in the pinned Windows Explorer icon.

The jumplist is very cluttered, and I was wondering this:

Is there a way to change the settings on a jumplist?

When it pops up, I have my pinned folders, and then "Frequent" files.

I would really love to get rid of the "Frequent" section, is there a way to do it?

I attached a photo, to help explain what I mean.
