Hi all,

I'm not sure where this thread belongs due to it's varied nature.

Ok, so I have an issue with my com. It's stuck in the windows loading screen at startup. Never mind, I'll reformat it. But before reformatting, I would like to transfer my files out of the hard drive.

So I took out my hard drive, got an external case, plugged it into my old comp running on xp. I'm trying to transfer my files over but it says that I dun have permission to access my 'users' folder. How do I overwrite that

won't it even start in "safe mode"..??
