i'm glad it worked :)

my changes were simple:

your original code is below - all i did was change the x value of the NetInGraph meter to 85, and adjusted the h so it was the same height as the histogram.

then i shifted NetInHist 85 pixels across, and 1 up, added an autoscale, and adjusted the width so it fits in with the other meters.

finally, i repeated for the NetOut graphs.

you can learn more in the new rainmeter help file - have fun customising!

Code:
[NetInGraph]
Meter=Line
MeasureName=Mse_NetIn
X=0r
Y=1r
H=15
W=100
LineCount=1
LineColor=#Color_Green#
AntiAlias=1
AutoScale=1
SolidColor=128,128,128,255
SolidColor2=128,128,128,0
GradientAngle=90

[NetInHist]
Meter=HISTOGRAM
MeasureName=Mse_NetIn
X=0
Y=1r
H=18
W=105
PrimaryColor=#Color_Green#
