Editing profile, !!!!

I spent the last 24 hours trying to up date my profile picture and signature, with no success whatever.

Is there a tutorial as I've run out of ideas,

The profile picture refuses to upload from my computer, and photobucket fails for invalid file' (100 x 75 3.19 kb)

I've uploaded my signature successfully, but it steadfastly refuses to install it to my posts 372 x 80 9531 bytes

Now the avatar,

Trying to edit picture profile instead of avatar, Duh!!
