Can you investigate and see if you can find any device - hard drive perhaps - or file folder that is labeled "Edzfy"?

hey guys I know its abit old but I just forgot my password and couldn't respond. the compression turned out to be corrupted partitions and reformatting ntfs fixed the problem. just didn't want to loose a customers data.
