This has a built in CPU (i5) with Win7 32bit installed. The IDS touch screen was working fine, the it stopped
working. The thing is, the Touch screen calibrates fine using Elo calibration software for spotting the corners of the screen but when you do the mouse check, it does not recognize moving the cursor or selecting anything. I suspect a Win7 problem so where would a good start point be?

Without knowing much about your system, I would say the first thing to look at is maybe update or reinstall your drivers.

Don't know about yours but my HP L2105m touch screen monitor doesn't work as touch if the USB cable or port isn't present or working. The USB cable is necessary for the communicating back to the computer when using the VGA ports, don't know if DVI does the function and documentation doesn't say.
