Email notification software? like pop peeper or eprompter

Does anyone know an alternative software to those software mentioned above. I've been using eprompter for yeasr-until I made a switch to pop peeper. However pop peeper had developed some problems with hotmail. Are there any other email clients like pop peeper worth to give a try?

I have gmail, hotmail, yahoo mail, and an institution email.

I'm using Pop Peeper with Windows 7, 64 bit. Works just fine. The problems with hotmail (and Yahoo for that matter) were quickly repaired. Try it again.

I have been getting errors for 3 days now with my hotmail

Have you tried logging in to hotmail from the web? Sometimes hotmail goes unavailable for updating or whatever they do. It's up to you, but are you sure it isn't hotmail and not Pop Peeper?

Yes, I log in via browser. Is it better to do it through outlook express?
