Solved email notifier

Ive had a look but i cant see anything suitable, does anyone know of a notifier gadget or software (free) that i can use for yahoo mail, i already have yahoo widgets .thanks

There's a few. The Firefox add-on is obviously if you use Firefox, Yahoo! Messenger will make a message pop up on the system tray/taskbar when you get an e-mail and the Yahoo! toolbar (compatible with both Internet Explorer and Firefox) will do the same but from your browser.

thanks jaidy , i have messenger and i use trillian so it signs me into messenger and i get notifications via trillian, the issue is i want another notifier to work for my partners yahoo account, i did try having both accounts in trillian but yahoo doesn't like it if you are signed into two accounts from the same pc. i dont want to use the notifier with my browser i want a widget on the desktop that displays a notification whenever there is new mail, not just when i open my browser,

i found this old thread where i give similar advice about messenger, so the reason i wish to find a new one is that i want to be able to open the inboxes at the click of a button without having to sign in and out of either one. the yahoo widget wont open the inbox unless there actually is a new mail.

ok ,i have created a work around ,im going to stick with the yahoo widgets notifier and to get round it not opening the inbox i have set the mail button on the keyboard to the inbox for lois, trillian still monitors my account and can open my inbox so the job is done.
