Email Problems

I use IE8 in Windows 7 and my email is run thru Live Mail. When I try to send a page with emial I can't. I hit Alt. and bring up file but when I go down to send a page or link by email the send is in bold but the rest is in grey and won't work. A couple of months ago it worked just fine. Any help is apppreciated.

Click start orb, go to default programs then click set program access and computer defaults and set it from there.
