Email settings - problem of format for recipient

When I send an email in Outlook, for 1 recipient in particular the spaces and € symbol in my email appear as a ? within a dark blue diamond. This only happens when this recipient receives emails from me and my settings seem to be the same as my colleagues and the format of their emails when recieved are OK. I have checked all logical settings (html editor, etc etc) so maybe something more obscure?

Hello,

Inform the email recipient to make sure that his/her Outlook's Mail Format setting is set to HTML and have this person go through the Internet Format, it shd also be set to an HTML.
