Email window keeps showing.Why???

hi,

this window keeps showing every now and then

and i go to task manager and is csrss.exe

anyone?

i have panda internet security 2010 and did a full scan

my default email program is yahoo

whenever i click an email address, it goes to yahoo mail, so it's perfectly working my default email program

my system can find my default email program

i have

Yahoo mail:

MAILTO

MAPI:

Send Mail

Yahoo mail has all its defaults

How do you get your Yahoo mail? Do you go to the website?

What I want you to get is not an email. It is a way to get your email on your hard drive, if you email provider (yahoo) has what they call POP.

In any event, it is the way to stop the pop up window.

OK I looked it up,even with Yahoo messenger you must use the yahoo pay service to use Windows LIve mail.

You have various choices to stop the window from bothering you.

Pay for Yahoo or

Your ISP ( company that gives you the internet service) has an email service. Download the email client like I said and set it up as though your ISP email is your email. You are then free to use it or continue to use Yahoo.

You should know however, if you are on a website and there is a link that says: Send mail to, and you click on it, it will not work if you do not have the email client. That is why the window pops up.

or you could try another browser see if it works.
