Running Windows 7 Pro 64bit I bought the pro (paid) license for EMclient.
I had used it before & I preferred it over Thunderbird
The paid version is supposed to provide "support" but Im a month in to this purchase & their support cant seem to solve why EM client wont install on my system.
I get the error :

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact you support or package vendor"

Any direction would be VERY appreciated!!

I guess I should clarify. This isnt my 1st rodeo. The (somewhat) generic troubleshooting steps described in that link are the first thing I tried.
EMClient support have now provided me 4 different .msi files !
Im now enabling .msi logging to provide more info.
I watch the task manger as mailclient32 tries to initialize then ...gives up! No error msg. Just stops.

Then I'd go the nuke option and try a repair install. Repair Install

I've read that the way MSI files are created they can muck things up. It'd be better if it were a regular EXE instead.
