I'm sure there are enough contractors on this Forum earning decent money so what do they think of this if they could get away with it.
A US employee outsourced his work to china !! and then spent most of his time on the Internet -- he got fired -- but for some I.T contractors - imagine if you could do this more "surreptiously" -- you could still get paid and live "The life of Riley".
I'm surprised this stuff never came up before -- particularly in I.T jobs like coding / programming / writing specs etc.
