Empty "Windows Help and Support"

Have Win7x64 Ult.
When open: Start--"Help and Support" see empty screen with title on top only. Can not do anything inside this white box.
Will appreciate any suggestion.

Hi stasioau. Try doing a Repair Install that fixed it for me when I had this issue.

Severdslo is probably correct. But may be easier to try SFC first, if that does not work try the other, which will probably do the trick.

Thanks so much.
SFC does not work. When get 100%, go out of screen,without any info.
Repair Install does not show "Go online to get the latest updates for installation" but start regular installation.
It looks like have to install from beginning.
