enable virtualization

hey everybody! im working with a Gateway running win 7 32 bit with processor: intel(r)celeron(r)d cpu 320ghz... im trying to play with BlueStacks 5 ....alls well until i need to enable virtualization, ive done everything! ive ran the intel processor ID utility and found both the virtualization (intel sse) and the hyper threading technology (intel sse2) Can i enable virtualization using cmd promp ???

Please provide the exact model of your CPU. Not all older processors have virtualization capabilities. If it has virtualization capabilities that would show up in the BIOS settings.

Virtualization cannot be enabled or disabled from the command prompt.
Intel has stated in their technical documentation that if Virtualization is to be enabled it must be done very early in the boot process. In practical terms that means in the BIOS. By the time Windows is running it is much too late to change the setting.

Most manufacturers provide an option in the BIOS. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. Some enable it with no option to disable it. Some do not enable it with no option. In the later case Virtualization cannot be used on the computer.

Sometimes software takes control of virtualization and precludes other software from using it. VMware and Virtualbox do this if you are using either of these. Some security software does this as well.
