Hello-

Recently, I received a new monitor as a gift. I decided to keep my old LCD so I could enable Dualview for both monitors. I'd like to extend the image from my primary display over to the second monitor, so when I'm gaming the image will span across both monitors, this to my understanding is "Dualview." I've researched how to enable it with 7, but I only receive instructions for XP. Does anyone know how to enable this feature?

Thank you

Hi There,

On your Desktop, right-click and select Personalize. Then look for Multiple Display drop down menu. Try it.

my understanding of it is you can extend onto second monitor which means one is active and the second runs anything you drag onto it, then you can duplicate your displays which simply does just that ...............

you can access this feature by right clicking desktop and selecting screen resolution and your options are there or you can right click your desktop and goto your nvidia or ati control panel and control from there

as again if your unsure :)

I've fiddled about as much as I can with the personalize window. Every time I attempt to enable Dualview, I come up empty handed. I know I'm missing something. Could you be so kind as to explain how to enable this feature?

I never thought to mess with my Nvidia control panel. I'll look there. Thank you!

Deliverance, if you have an ATi card that supports "EyeFinity", you can enable "Dual View". If you have Nvidia card (like me), then you are out of luck. There is no "DualView" in Nvidia driver as per Vista and up.
