Enabling shortcut/folder toolbar.

Sorry this is so general but my my friend tells me that the toolbar in this image is real but has no idea how to enable it. My question is this: is the toolbar real, and if so, how can it be enabled?

I thought it looked similar to the shortcut toolbar but dragging folders to the edge of the screen in Windows 7 wasn't working.

That looks like it would do the what I want but unfortunately I don't have a Windows Vista partition. If I understood the directions correctly I would need the Vista folder with the side bar there for this to work.

Hello Jamais,

Yes, you will need a copy from Vista for this. If you have a friend that has Vista, you can copy it from their system. If you have a Vista installation disc, then you could extract the needed files from the Vista installation disc to use as well.
