Hi All, I wonder if anyone is using the Epson Artisan 835 (multi-function network printer)? It's a wonderful printer with excellent features and works a treat... however...
The printer is a wired connection (ethernet) to my router. All features (except Scan to PC) works perfectly. The laptop also connects to it wirelessly without a problem.
The issue is that the printers Scan to PC... only shows USB and not the network PC as what the manual claims it does.
Any tips, please?

- I have installed the Win 7 64 Bit Combo Drivers and Utilities;
- Epson Event Manager is running in the background and buttons are setup;
- I ran the Scan Settings Utility and everything reports back with successfull communications, picks up the printer model and its IP address, etc.
- The Network Settings area (via the Printers Control Panel) has also picked up the network settings ok.
- Even my router has picked up the printer's IP/MAC address, Host Name, etc in its DHCP List.
- I have also white-listed Epson components in Windows Firewall.
Any tips, please?
