I've got an Equalizer app on my Android that works like a charm. The equalizer runs across the entire platform, and is not limited to any particular music player, can run on Youtube with no problem. No knowledge of drivers or anything was needed for installation, it just works and is awesome about it.
I'm looking for a similar thing for Windows, but I'm not sure if it's simple as downloading an app or not. I'm looking for an equalizer that can be used alongside the streaming service I use, Google Play Music.
