Solved Equalizer missing in Enhancements.

Equalizer enhancement in speaker sound suddenly went missing, I need this enhancement because everything raised even at 100% is still quiet. Ive searched about this problem and have found no solutions. I uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers for my Speakers with no success. It would normally be in Speakers > Enhancements > Equalizer. Only options available in Enhancements at the moment are Bass Boost, Virtual Surround, Room Correction, Loudness Equalization but like I said it just disappeared. Help would be much appreciated, thanks for your time

The DX Diag shows you have "High Definition Audio Device" which suggests you do not have the proper sound hardware driver. The High Definition Audio Driver is a generic, basic function, Windows Driver.

As this is an Alienware system, go to the Dell support site downloads and download the correct driver, as a 1st step. You didn't list the exact Alienware model so I can't link you directly to the driver downloads.

This worked perfectly! I redownloaded the appropriate drivers and I seem to no longer have any problems with my sound, thank you very much firebird!
